    Manual cleaning: Hemp rope is not suitable for washing machines. To preserve the durability of the toy, avoid bleaching, ironing or dry cleaning. To clean the toy, simply rinse it with clean water. This will effectively remove dirt and saliva.
    → Natural drying: If the Eco Tug tug toy does get wet, let it air dry. Avoid direct heat sources or drying in the sun, as this can damage the material.
    → Check for damage: Please note that our tug dummy is made of 100% hemp rope, a natural material that will wear out over time and with use. Check the toy regularly for signs of wear. If there is visible damage, you should replace the toy to ensure your and your dog's safety.

    Orders received before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day, with the exception of pre-orders and unpaid orders. Orders received after 12:00 noon are dispatched the next working day. Please note that additional customs and import fees may apply for some countries outside the EU, especially Switzerland.

    Returns

    We want you to be satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you have the right to cancel products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, except in the case of errors on our part, in which case we will provide a free return label.
