Winter Coat for dogs - anthracite

The Vitomalia Winter Coat has been specially developed for cold, wet and dark days - with maximum protection in temperatures down to -30 °C. It offers your dog warmth, safety and comfort in a coat that makes no compromises.

The fully reflective outer material is windproof and waterproof and ensures visibility in the dark. The inner lining and padding are also made from recycled material - a strong statement in favour of functionality and sustainability.

The insulating padding is divided into several chambers. This means that the filling stays in place even when you move, and the warmth is distributed evenly over the entire body - no slipping, no cooling down.

The fit is close to the body and can be individually adjusted: the coat can be shortened by up to 5 cm at the back, while elasticated inserts at the neck and nape ensure a perfect fit. The chest and stomach are protected by a special, particularly easy-care material - exactly where it gets dirty the quickest.

Instead of Velcro fasteners, we use robust buckles and a waterproof zip at the back. This allows you to securely attach your dog to the Harness even in heavy rain - without letting moisture in. An opening at the neck has been deliberately omitted, as the length of the back section still allows you to attach the lead to the Collar.

This coat combines sophisticated design with practical everyday practicality - for all those who want their dog to be optimally protected even in the depths of winter.

How to put on your Winter Coat correctly:

Putting on the coat: Carefully place the coat over your dog's back so that it fits evenly and completely covers the back. Fasten the belt on the belly with the sturdy buckle and pull it tight so that the coat fits securely but is not too tight. Make sure that the coat does not slip and fits snugly.

Adjustment for the perfect fit: Adjust the collar so that it fits comfortably around your dog's neck without constricting it. Adjust the back length using the adjustment options to ensure the optimum length for your dog. This prevents the coat from slipping and ensures maximum comfort.

Leashing: Open the waterproof zip at the back to attach the Dog Harness through the zip. Close the zip carefully so that no water or snow can get in and the coat is securely fastened.

Check and adjust: Check regularly that the coat fits well and shows no signs of wear. If necessary, make adjustments to ensure that your dog is always optimally protected and comfortable when travelling.

To ensure that your Winter Coat lasts a long time, please observe the following care instructions:

Cleaning: The coat can be machine washed at a low temperature (max. 30°C). Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or aggressive detergents. Alternatively, you can also wash the coat by hand by gently rubbing it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.

Drying: Allow the coat to air dry and avoid direct sunlight to protect the material and colours. Hang the coat up to dry and do not use a tumble dryer, as high temperatures could damage the materials and reflective properties.

Care and maintenance: Check the coat regularly for signs of wear, especially on the zips and belt fasteners. Repair any damage immediately to ensure the longevity of the product. If necessary, clean the neoprene sides with a damp cloth to remove dirt and maintain comfort.

Storage: Store the coat in a dry and well-ventilated place when not in use. Avoid damp or heavily heated rooms to keep the material in good condition.

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouse is located in Germany. For deliveries to Switzerland, all prices include VAT and customs clearance costs. There are no additional fees, no customs clearance by you - and no hidden costs when you receive your order.
